Bookings are made by an external platform, the Hotel is not liable for any technical problems related to the management of the data entered by the customer.

We require your credit card details to process your booking. Your card will not be charged now and your details will be retained just as guarantee for your reservation.

Cancellation policies

HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING:

To confirm the booking, we kindly ask you to reply to this e-mail by indicating the exact dates and room category.
A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. We kindly ask you to provide us the 16 digit credit card number, along with the expiry date. By providing these, you will automatically authorize charges for services booked and offered by our hotel and the cancellation policy listed hereafter.
The credit card details (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) can be indicated by e-mail or fax +39 0183-495106, or by telephone with following written charge authorization.
Prepaid credit cards / debit cards are not accepted.
A pre-authorization on the card may be done and, in case of a lack of funds, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
The pre-authorization does not imply any actual charge. The reserved amount will be released automatically within 30 days.
The hotel is not responsible for the time requested to free that amount, which may vary according to your location and your bank company.
No amount will be actually charged on the card before the check-in, except in case of cancellation outside the deadlines.
We kindly remind you are agreeing to our following cancellation policy by confirming your reservation.
The deadline for providing the card details is 2 days from the reservation request.

Cancellation policy:

To cancel your reservation, you can write us via e-mail or by fax +39 0183 49 36 02. The cancellation has to be done in written form and any cancellation received over the phone will not considered as valid and is therefore subject to the following no-show policies:

  • Written cancellations received after booking, more than 20 days before arrival date will not cause any charge
  • Cancellations received within 20 days from arrival date, will cause a charge equal to the cost of the first 3 nights stay.
  • No-show will result in a charge of 100% of the entire stay, via credit card charge or payment from your side
  • The hotel reserves its right to evaluate all modifications of the booked period
  • Stay interruptions or early departures are considered as a cancellation with 100% charge of the reservation’s amount.
These cancellation policies are mandatory and will be applied under all conditions. Therefore, we kindly ask you to make sure of being able to observe the reservation contract, when proceeding with the confirmation itself.

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING (DOWN-PAYMENT)

To register your reservation’s request simply reply to this e-mail by indicating precisely the dates and room type. A down payment is required for the final confirmation, to be paid within the specified time frame, with one of the following payment methods:

  1. CREDIT CARD: We kindly ask you to indicate the card number, 16 digits on the frontside, along with its expiry date. By providing these you will automatically authorize charges for services booked and offered by our hotel, or cancellation policy listed above. The credit card details (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) can be indicated by e-mail or fax +39 0183-495106 with specific communication, or by telephone and following written charge authorization.
    Prepaid credit cards / debit cards are not accepted.
    The reservation will automatically be cancelled if the provided credit card does not comply with the indicated requirements. The deadline for sending the card’s detail is 2 days from the reservation request.

    The payment by bank transfer has to be received by the hotel within three days from the booking confirmation. We therefore kindly ask you to send us a copy of the executed payment by e-mail or by fax and to indicate the sender’s name, if different from the reservation’s name.

The deadline for the down-payment depends on the payment method chosen and is mentioned above. The amount will be specified during the reservation. In case of non-receipt of the deposit the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellation policy:

  • No-show will result in a charge of 100% of the entire stay, via credit card charge or payment from your side.
  • The hotel reserves its right to evaluate all modifications of the booked period.
  • Stay interruptions or early departures are considered as a cancellation with 100% charge of the reservation’s amount.
